For more than 20 years the Actuator Conference has been the biennial meeting place of the international actuator community. And from June 14-16, 2010, these experts will again meet at the Congress and Exhibition Center in Bremen to gain and exchange information at the 12th International Conference on New Actuators and the 6th International Exhibition on Smart Actuators and Drive Systems.
With about 250 conference contributions and approximately 500 participants in the years 2006 and 2008, Actuator has established itself as a major event in the area of miniature drives and their applications.
According to Dr Hubert Borgmann, the project manager in charge of the event: “The number of abstracts received for Actuator 2010 in response to the Call for Papers was higher than in the past. There will again be 124 lectures and about 130 poster contributions to be presented in 18 sessions.”
