HekuCell is designed as a modular solution. The basic cell contains a fast 6 axis robot with an individual and changeable gripper, assuring a fast and effective side entry take-out process. Further modules are various conveyor configurations or pallet systems for the moulded parts as well as transfer stations which enable, for instance, the reorientation of the removed parts or the assembly of parts as required, for example for the production of petri dishes. An optional gripper quick release system enables flexible and effective use of the automation cell.
HekuCell is compact and can be integrated directly to various different injection moulding machines and therefore requires minimal space. The electric cabinet is integrated into the cell.
