Plast Eurasia will welcome Wintec, an Engel subsidiary based in the Chinese city of Changzhou, to display performance of injection moulding machines for standard applications. At Plast Eurasia 2017, which takes place in Istanbul, Turkey, from December 6 to 9, the firm will join Engel to present a twin injection moulding machine producing large-scale housing parts.
Since its launch, the t-win series of hydraulic injection moulding machines has become strongly established in such fields as technical moulding, automotive and white goods.
Peter Auinger, President International Sales of Wintec, said: “Above all, our customers value the high manufacturing and product quality of our machines. The t-win machines are used for high-volume standard applications which, although not requiring special technology, nonetheless place high demands on quality and process stability. Wintec machines are available in Asia as well as in further selected markets including Turkey, Iran, Egypt and South Africa.
At Plast Eurasia, a t-win 4500-2000 injection moulding machine with clamping force of 4,500 kN will demonstrate the performance of the series. Large-scale housing parts with a shot weight of 430 grams will be manufactured from polypropylene. A viper linear robot from Engel automation range will remove the parts and place them on a conveyor belt.
